Russel is the Global Education Director at HPL and has worked with HPL schools across all sectors in the UK and internationally.

He is keen to support HPL schools to shift their culture, strengthen the experience in the classroom and provide opportunities for professional development.

Russel was Headteacher at Pate's Grammar School, an HPL World Class School and one of the most successful schools in the UK. Having successfully implemented High Performance Learning at Pate's, Russel observed how HPL made an outstanding school even better, and the benefits of being part of a strong network of like-minded schools, leaders and teachers.
