Recently returned to her home in England, Gillian has spent 9 years in the Middle East working at a leading British International School and at a pioneering new school, which is aiming to develop future leaders of the area.
 
Gillian embraces the High Performance Learning philosophy, valuing its scientific basis combined with the values and approaches it brings to education. The resulting improvement in student outcomes, by removing barriers to achievement and helping students engage in a framework for success, resonates deeply with her educational beliefs and practices. 
 
Holding both pastoral and curriculum leadership roles, including Vice Principal Academic, Gillian has consistently worked to enhance teaching and learning, thereby supporting the development of the teaching body whilst improving student outcomes. Her successful completion of the National Professional Qualification for Headship and a Masters Degree in Education have supported her passion for learning and improving her professional skills and knowledge.
