This pathway is for newly opened schools or schools planning to open. It focuses on establishing and implementing HPL compatible policies, systems and processes for:
- Classroom practice
- Whole-school structures and culture
- Parental engagement
Working in partnership we will explain what the school needs to do and where and how to do it, and we will provide access to materials, coaching and training to support that work. We will help your school’s staff to develop a way of thinking and working that becomes embedded into the development of every aspect of the school’s life and that leads to a set of specified outcomes.
